As a Performance Enhancement Specialist (2021), Shambrisha focuses on strengthening her clients' bodies, as well as their minds. Her trainings incorporate strength conditioning, endurance, agility and core skills to enhance overall fitness performance and achieve client health and wellness goals. Trainings are optimized by her very own 7-point stretch regimen & daily motivation to assist her clients in becoming the healthiest version of themselves. Shambrisha also plays flag football for her national championship team, LIGHTS OUT as a Defensive Rusher.
